WHAT WE DO
WHAT WE DO
Minerals & Metals
Our work philosophy stems from our belief that design work is a combination of science and art. The success of each design project relies on both the technical skills and the softs skills of the project team.
Heavy Engineering
Technimobilty electrical designers and drafters possess combined experiences in project conceptual design, detailed design, design project management, review comment pick-up and follow-up.
Defence Engineering
Team experiences cover both Industrial and MEP sectors including but not limited to review Statements of Work (SOW), single line diagram development, load analysis, fault current analysis, coordination study and lighting design.
Project Objective
The goal is to prepare a complete design drawing package ready for QC review in a timely
manner and within the project budget.
Engineering Studies
Equipment Sizing
Technimobilty electrical designers and drafters possess combined experiences in project conceptual design, detailed design, design project management, review comment pick-up and follow-up.
Single Line Diagram Development
Develop Single Line Diagrams to reflect project overall electrical system components with equipment and feeder sizes.
Power and Lighting Design
Design power and lighting system and calculate electrical load per the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Size equipment per client specs and load requirements.
Design and develop grounding layout and details per the NEC.
Develop and draft panel schedules for project loads.
Interior and exterior lighting design
Interior and exterior lighting designers combine the knowledge of art, science, engineering, and business to provide high-quality illumination to improve the visual appeal, environmental performance, and social equity of places and buildings.
MEP – Electrical
In any building, the electrical system keeps the lights on, electronic and electrical devices powered, and keeps other systems running. Our engineers and drafters are experienced in performing the following tasks professionally and in a timely manner well below project budget.
- Plan, design and draft systems for new construction projects.
- Design and specify electrical systems, including lighting, power distributions and fire
alarms. - Work with other engineers and architects to design systems that meet the criteria and requirements set forth by lead engineers and architects.
- Create comprehensive system designs that help electrical technicians calculate the number of cables necessary for a building, determine the specifications of the lighting fixtures and power distribution systems and know the ideal placement of fixtures in the building for optimal functionality and efficiency.
